LEAD IV AND QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
To manage and observe assessors to ensure all achievers complete their qualifications within the time frame specified by the client.
To develop and maintain robust Internal Quality Assurance processes and procedures in all delivery. To develop and lead the strategy towards Careerwise achieving Matrix accreditation within six months.
Assessment/Verification of Health & Social Care, Business Administration, Customer Services, TAQA, PTLLS QCF awards and provision of related training as required.
The job holder will be a member of the training team and will carry out additional duties for the training department, as required by the Training Manager.
